Service Description

We will have a discussion and you will fill out a questionnaire ahead of your appointment so I can understand your goals. Then I will utilise the local shops to pull ideal product to suit your lifestyle and needs. We will go through this product 121 in person either in your home or at the shops with all covid safety measures in place. You can relax and enjoy a personalised shopping experience where I've done all the hard work for you.

Cancellation Policy

There may be situations when you need to re-schedule your booking. Please advise us of the need for a changed appointment by email or phone call and we will work with you to make the amendment. Please note that an administration charge of £25 will be added when less than 48 hours notice is given. If 24 hours or less notice is given you will not be able to reschedule and payment will not be refunded. In the unusual event that we need to re-schedule your appointment for an emergency, we will re-schedule your appointment or offer a full refund. All payments made to Luxe Leopard Lifestyle for Personal Style consultations are non-refundable unless we have made a written agreement with you otherwise. In the unlikely event we have to cancel your appointment and are unable to offer a replacement, we will offer a full refund.
